Despite what the name might imply, MVC is not a venture fund.
Instead, it’s a community-run BEP-20 token native to Binance with some very unique tokenomics that you might just find intriguing. Read on!
Tokenomics
On buys:
- 10% of the purchase, in $MVC, is reflected proportionally to all token holders.
Here’s where it gets really interesting.
On sells:
- 5% of the sale, in $BNB, is deposited to the farming/buyback wallet. This fund will be bridged to multi-chains (such as Avax, Polygon, Fantom, etc.) to farm on the most profitable farm.
- 5% of the sale, in $BNB, is sent to the marketing wallet to pay for big marketing, dev, servers and other cost
- In case the marketing wallet grows too big, 50% of it will also be used as a farming/buyback fund.
$MVC’s most liquid trading pair is on PancakeSwap.
There is max token supply of 1,000,000,000,000 (one trillion).
Farming & Compounded Buybacks
The farming and buyback system is the most valuable component of MVC.
5% of all sales go to the farming/buyback wallet. But the funds in this wallet don’t just sit there.
The funds are bridged to other EVM-compatible blockchains — like Avalanche, Fantom, Solanar, and Polygon.
Buybacks typically happen about once a day. To prevent front-running, they are not announced ahead of time.
Previous buybacks can be viewed on the “Buyback History” panel in the dashboard.
During a buyback, $MVC tokens are bought back, paired with $BNB, and “burnt” to the $MVC/$BNB PancakeSwap V2 liquidity pool.
This not only increases the token price, but it also increases the pair’s liquidity.
There are two major accomplishments here:
- First of all, you no longer need to always keep up with the latest and greatest farm across all these different blockchains. You can just buy the tokens, relax, hold, and reap the earnings via 10% tax every transaction and buybacks from farming rewards.
- When the price falls after a sell, 5% of the sale will be invested in aggressive yield farms that will be used for a future and powerful compounded buyback.
